With backgrounds in semiconductor and aerospace industries, among others, Blue Waters Engineering can assist customer is improving designs while reducing manufacturing costs.  We are experts in DFM, tolerance stack up analysis, and the use of other analytical tools to enable customers to achieve their design goals while controlling cost.  In addition, combining our expertise in design while coupling it to manufacturing expertise gives Blue Waters Engineering the unique capability to enable low volume high mix and or high-volume manufacturing through custom targeted engineering fixture design and processes for our customers.

 

 

Blue Waters Engineering can also assist in computation analysis of advanced tooling and process technologies.  Our primary CAD tools are Solid Works and PTC Creo with add-in tools to facilitate computation analysis such as FEA and complex CFD analysis for advanced component level tooling for semiconductor, food packaging, and medical.
