Machining
Our 5-axis simultaneous CNC machines are capable of workpieces as large as 720mm in diameter and 500mm tall while holding tolerances of just a few microns.

Variaxis i700 Key Features: 20K spindle, 120 tool changer, x2 palletization, smooth AI, high pressure through spindle coolant, Renishaw LTS and Renishaw RMP600 probe.

Our 3-axis CNC machines are configured for medium volume projects and have a repeatability of a few microns.

VC500 Key Features: 20K spindle, 60 tool changer, work area 500mm x 1000mm x 510mm, high pressure through spindle coolant, 2 pallet changers, Renishaw LTS with in-process measure and inspect using Renishaw RMP60.
Quality Control
We take quality control seriously with full material specification data sheets and CMM reports provided with every order. We use our measurement capabilities to ensure compliance to customer specifications. In addition, we track dimensional accuracy in-situ to enhance manufacturing process parameters.

CMM Key Features: Work envelop is 1000mmx1000mm, with a variety of probes, uncertainty error ~1um. Calibrated to NIST standards yearly.
CAM and High Volume Fixture Design
We use Hexagon Esprit Edge as our CAM solution allowing us to move from prototype to volume parts efficiently and seemlessly.
We are experts in customer design fixturing and targeting the lowest cost approach possible versus volume.
