Farhad Dadkho is an experienced finance and operations leader, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a manufacturing firm specializing in precision engineering and manufacturing. With over a decade of expertise in business and commercial banking and financial management, he has held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Riverview Bank, and US Bank, excelling in credit administration, real estate financing, and strategic planning.

 

Known for transforming businesses through efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth, Farhad combines his financial acumen with a passion for innovation. A graduate of Portland State University and the University of Washington's Executive Management program at the Pacific Coast Banking School, he leverages his expertise to deliver measurable results. A first-generation Iranian-American who immigrated to the U.S. in 1994, Farhad resides in Clark County, Washington, with his wife and two young children.

 

A dedicated community leader, he serves on several nonprofit boards, including the Risk Management Association of Portland, Cascadia Montessori, and Financial Beginnings USA, while participating in the Leadership Clark County Class of 2025. In his personal time, Farhad enjoys soccer, fishing, and running. Drawing on his experience as a former professional soccer referee, he excels in people management, fostering strong relationships and teamwork in all aspects of his life.
