Todd Albertson is a seasoned engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in semiconductor test module innovation, automated manufacturing systems, and cross-functional team management. As the Owner and President of Big Water Gear & Consulting, LLC, and Blue Waters Engineering, LLC, Todd partners with customer to develop systems and tooling designs which enables efficient automated manufacturing processes. 

 

Previously, Todd served as Chief Mechanical Architect at HYC USA, Inc., where he spearheaded advanced test automation for semiconductor products, and as a Senior Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation, where he developed cutting-edge test and manufacturing solutions. His innovations have resulted in 11 U.S. patents and numerous awards, including two Intel Achievement Awards for groundbreaking advancements in test module architecture and tooling operations.

 

Todd holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho and has extensive expertise in mechanical design, thermal and electrical systems, and manufacturing automation. His dedication to innovation, cost-effective solutions, and team excellence has made him a recognized leader in the engineering field.
